Supplied in a 50-litre bag (trade price £3.10) Next up is Stage 1 Seed & Cutting Compost with added John Innes, boasting a new, improved blend and supplied in a 20-litre bag.This peat-free specialist product is ideal for sowing and propagating and will appeal to organic growers. It contains natural microbes to boost growth and will feed plants for three months, whilst encouraging healthy root growth. 

RocketGro’s highly-versatile Multi-Purpose Compost with added John Innes also features a new and improved blend for 2023. Recommended for potting on and mature plants, this nutrient-rich, superior-blend compost is the perfect mix for gardeners seeking a professional-grade product that delivers impressive results.Benefits include a finely graded texture that makes it easier to work with, the perfect balance of essential nutrients, bio-active microbes, natural substrates and supportive fibre, which serve to boost plant health, retain water and create optimum air pockets for plant roots. A must-have addition to RocketGro’s range is its Ericaceous Compost. This is a specialist compost that is notoriously hard to get right as peat-free. However, with a brand-new blend for 2023, Rocket Gro is convinced it has cracked it and garden centres who are actively seeking a reliable peat-free alternative for acid-loving plants will be delighted with this game-changing product. Thanks to its unique formulation, this versatile compost, supplied in a 40-litre bag, will support and feed plants for three months without the need for chemical feed top ups. 

Another welcome addition – and launched in direct response to retailer demand – is a Tree & Shrub Compost, designed to cater to all gardeners’ tree, shrub and hedge planting needs.
